  • Trackpants
  • T-Shirt or Longsleeve

Please avoid the following:

  • Training without a top
  • Jeans
  • Clothing with buttons/zippers
  • Earrings & Jewellery

Parents are allowed to watch the class from our lobby. Upon registration, we will get in touch with you regarding a time for your trial class. To check out our weekly schedule, check here. There is no need for indoor shoes. To save time, please review & sign our waiver located here.
